As a Ltd Company it is one of your duties to keep on top of your Company Secretarial duties, such as filing Confirmation Statements, keeping Companies House and HMRC up to date with any changes.

We can take care of most of these duties for you, as your Accountants.

We will file your Year End accounts with Companies House, along with your Confirmation Statements and maintain the statutory registers with Companies House and HMRC.

For a small annual charge we can also host your Registered Office Address, which is really useful if you do not have a specific business premises away from your own home.
